Abstract
Kesehatan merupakan hak bagi setiap warga negara. Kesehatan sebagai hak asasi warga negara diwujudkan dalam pemberian dan penyenggelaraan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat secara terpadu. Oleh karena itu Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan secara paripurna. Dalam pelaksanaannya rumah sakit membutuhkan sumber daya yakni tenaga kesehatan yang mampu membawa organisasi dalam meraih tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Tenaga kesehatan yang dimaksud adalah perawat RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis 1) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. 2) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap komitmen organisasional. 3) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. 4) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat. 5) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat. 6) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat. 7) pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja perawat. 8) peran komitmen Organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Perawat. 9) peran komtmen organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat. 10) peran komtmen organisasional dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Sampel diambil dengan metode survey dengan metode sampling jenuh yakni menjadikan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Sampel penelitian adalah 143 perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo dengan masa kerja minimal lebih dari 1 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional namun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perawat. Komitemen organisasional menunjukkan peran mediasi secara penuh (complete) dalam memediasi pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan.
English Abstract
Health is a right for all of state citizen. Health as a state citizen's right is manifested in the health services for the all people by integrated manner. Therefore the hospital as a health service institution aims to provide health services in plenary. In the implementation of the hospital requires resources like health workers who are able to bring the organization in achieving the goals to be achieved. The health worker is a nurse of RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo. Purpose of the research to analyze 1) influence of Competencies on Organtizational Commitment. 2) influence of Training on Organtizational Commitment. 3) influence of Organization Culture on Organtizational Commitmen. 4) influence of Competencies on Nurses Performance. 5) influence of Training on Nurses Performance. 6) influence of Organization Culture on Nurses Performance. 7) influence of Organizational Commitment on Nurses Performance. 8) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Competencies on Nurses Performance. 9) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Training on Nurses Performance. 10) Role mediation of Organizational Commitmen within the influence of Organizational Culture on Nurses Performance. Sample has taken by survey methode by used saturated sampling which mean make all population member as a sample. Research sample were 143 nureses who work at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo Hospital with more than 1 year working time. The analyse tool is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result competencies, training and organization culture influence organizational commitment directly but didnt have influence on nurses performance. Organizational commitmen have the role mediation fully (complete) by mediating the influence of competencies, training and organizational culture on nurses performance in Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital.
