Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, dengan variabel mediasi yaitu kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 112 karyawan tetap Bank SulutGo Kantor Cabang Utama Manado. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar dalam meningkatan kinerja karyawan adalah komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, dengan sifat mediasi yaitu mediasi sebagian.
English Abstract
The objectives of this research are to test and analyze the direct and indirect influence between organizational culture and employee performance with the mediator variable which are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The quantitative analysis was used in this research and there were 112 employee of Bank SulutGo of Manado Main Branch Office as the samples which collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the analytical instrument to analyze these data was Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this research show that organizational culture has direct and significant influence on the employee performance, however organizational commitment is the one that has the biggest influence in improving employee performance. Moreover, the job satisfaction and organizational commitment are able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance with partial mediation.
