Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap psychologicall well-being, menganalisis pengaruh psychologicall well-being terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap subjective well-being, menganalisis pengaruh subjective well-being terhadap kinerja karyawan, Untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychologicall well-being sebagai mediasi stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh subjective well-being sebagai mediasi stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis PLS.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap psychologicall well-being, psychologicall well-being berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap subjective well-being, subjective well-being berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, psychologicall well-being sebagai mediasi pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan well-being sebagai mediasi pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

English Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, the effect of work stress on psychologicall well-being, the influence of psychologicall well-being on employee performance, the effect of work stress on subjective well-being, the influence of subjective well-being on employee performance, the mediation of psychological well-being in the influence of work stress on employee performance, and the mediation of subjective well-being in the influence of work stress on employee performance. This study uses PLS analysis, which shows that work stress influences employee performance, work stress influences psychological well-being, psychological well-being influences employee performance, work stress influences subjective well-being, subjective well-being influences employee performance, psychological well-being mediates the influence of work stress on employee performance, and subjective well-being mediates the influence of work stress on employee performance.
