Abstract
perceived organizational support terhadap employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan kausal antara variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sempel responden dalam penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, responden berjumlah 86 karyawan. Uji instrument penelitian menggunakan uji outer model, uji inner model, uji hipotesis, dan uji sobel. Uji hipotesis langsung menggunakan t-test sedangkan hipotesis tidak langsung menggunakan uji sobel. Analisis ini menggunakan alat uji PLS dengan software Smart PLS versi 2.0 M3. Hasil analisis yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui employee engagement menunjukan hasil yang signifikan. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menjembatani atau memediasi perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee engagement and job satisfaction on employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. This type of research is explanatory research that explains causal between variables through testing hypotheses. The respondents' samples in the study were taken using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method. In this study, respondents numbered 86 employees. Test the research instrument using the outer model test, inner model test, hypothesis test, and Sobel test. Hypothesis testing directly uses t-test while the indirect hypothesis uses the Sobel test. This analysis uses a PLS test tool with Smart PLS software version 2.0 M3. The results of the analysis obtained in this study are perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Whereas for indirect effects perceived organizational support for job satisfaction through employee engagement showed significant results. These results indicate that employee engagement has a significant influence in bridging or mediating perceived organizational support for job satisfaction
