Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Good Corporate Governance yang meliputi kepemilikan institusional (X1), komisaris independen (X2), komite audit (X3), dan dewan direksi (X4) terhadap kinerja perusahaan (Y) yang diukur dengan Tobin's Q. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Berganda dengan populasi yaitu seluruh perusahaan sektor perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, komite audit, dan dewan direksi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Semakin tinggi jumlah kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, komite audit, dan dewan direksi maka kinerja perusahaan akan semakin tinggi
English Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of Good Corporate Governance, including institutional ownership (X1), independent commissioner (X2), audit committee (X3) and board of director (X4) on the company performance (Y) measured by Tobin's Q. This research used multiple regression method with the population of all plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. Furthermore, the sample size was 11 companies that has been determined by Purposive sampling techniques. The results concluded that institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees and board of director had a significant positive effect on company performance. The higher the number of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit audits, and the board of directors, the higher the company's performance
