Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BRI Kantor Cabang Malang Kawi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BRI Kantor Cabang Malang Kawi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden dimana penyebaran kuesioner dilaksanakan di BRI Kantor Cabang Malang Kawi. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang sudah bekerja minimal 2 Tahun dan dengan pendidikan terakhir D3. Untuk menganalisis ketiga variabel tersebut menggunakan Uji Instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan realiabilitas, Uji Asumsi klasik, Analisis Linier Berganda menggunakan Uji statistik F dan Uji Statistik t, serta Koefiesien Determinasi yang diolah software SPSS.20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel Kompensasi (X1) lebih besar pengaruhnya terdahap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Serta hasil nilai persamaan koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel independen kompensasi dan pelatihan karyawan mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen kinerja karyawan sebesar 61,3% sedangkan 38,7% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kompensasi dan pelatihan yang diberikan semakin baik dan bermanfaat, maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pula.
English Abstract
This research is meant to find out to determine the importance of the influence of compensation and training of employees on employee performance at BRI Malang Kawi Branch Office. The population of this research is all employees of BRI Malang Kawi Branch Office. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. This study used a sample of 50 respondents where questionnaires were conducted at BRI Malang Kawi Branch Office. The sample consisted of respondents who had worked at least 2 years and with the last education D3. To analyze the three variables above using the Test Instrument, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Analysis using the F statistical test and the t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination processed by SPSS software.20. The results of this research from the Compensation Variable (X1) have a greater influence on Employee Performance Variables (Y). As well as the results of the coefficient of determination equation show that the independent variables of employee compensation and training are able to explain the dependent variable of employee performance by 61.3% while the remaining 38.7% is explained by other variables not examined in the study. The conclusion the compensation and training provided were better and more beneficial, so the performance of the employees increased as well.
