Fachrudin, Hanna Mardhotillah (2018) Pengaruh Pemberian Edukasi Kesehatan Bagi Kader Posyandu Lansia Terhadap Peran Kader dan Kepatuhan Diet Rendah Garam Pasien HIpertensi yang Mengikuti Kegiatan Posyandu Lansia. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Government efforts in controlling hypertension have been implemented such as the formation of Community Health Worker and the implementation of posyandu lansia. The role of Community Health Worker becomes very important with the form of activities that are promotive and preventive. To achieve the success of these activities, the Community Health Worker are still seeking the knowledge and skills that one of them is by giving health education. This research method is experimental True with pretest-posttest design using comparison group (control). Intervention done is providing health education to Community Health Worker. Respondents in this study were patients who participated in posyandu activities of remote elderly 164 people. Variable independent in this research is giving education for Community Health Worker and dependent variable is low salt diet adherence and role of Community Health worker. Based on the Independent t-test, Chi Square, Marginal Homogeneity and McNemar test there was a significant amount (0.000) <alpha (0,050) confirmation of low-salt diet and roles before and after education for Community Health Worker in the intervention group and no significant effect (0,542) <alpha (0,050) in the control group. To the Community Health Worker is expected to be more active joi can increase the role and knowledge and to hypertensive patients are expected to be more obedient in the implementation of low-salt diet adherence and actively follow the posyandu elderly activities so that blood pressure can be controlled.
