Abstract
enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PLN Area Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel, didapatkan 70 sampel dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jawaban yang diukur dengan skala likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yang dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of the work safety and health variables on the performance of employees at PT. PLN Poor Area. This type of research is explanatory research to explain the relationships between variables that influence or researched. On the research methods used in this sample is saturated with the use of the entire population to serve as samples, obtained 70 samples in this research. The process of collecting data using questionnaires with answers as measured by the Likert scale, while data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques that helped with the program SPSS version 22. The results showed that the safety and health of work take effect directly on employee performance.
