Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari perencanaan strategi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kinerja perusahaan PT. Bank Nasional Indonesia Persero Tbk di Kantor Cabang Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ekplanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa , 1) perencanaan strategi berpegaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) perencanaan strategi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. 3) kinerja pemasaran memiliki dampak paling tinggi akibat adanya perencanaan strategi karena memiliki koefisien regresi paling besar.
English Abstract
This research examines and analyzes the effects of strategic planning on employee performance and marketing performance of PT. National Bank of Indonesia Persero in Malang Branch Office. This research uses explanatory research type with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling research sample amounted to 72 employees. The result of the research shows that: 1) Strategic planning has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Strategic planning has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. 3) Marketing Performance has the highest impact due to the strategic planning has the greatest regression coefficient.
