Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Bandara Juanda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Juanda. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik puposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80. Kuisioner menggunakan skala likert, analisis hasil kuisioner diolah menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan negatif sebagai variabel moderasi pada hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with leadership as the moderator variable. This qualitative explanatory research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch of Juanda Airport to investigate the relation and influence among variables being studied. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch of Juanda, from which 80 of them were selected as the sample using is purposive sampling. The data were obtained from Likert-scale questionnaire and were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that organizational culture gives a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership has a significant and negative influence in moderating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
