Abstract
enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan persepsi kinerja karyawan PT Petrokimia Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 269 karyawan PT Petrokimia Gresik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner persepsi kinerja yang dimodifikasi dari Suryaningsih (2017) dan kuesioner kesejahteraan psikologis oleh Listiarini (2015). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan korelasi positif, ketika kesejahteraan psikologis tinggi maka persepsi kinerja akan meningkat.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out a relationship between psychological well-being and perceptions of the performance of employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The subject of this study were 269 employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik. The instrument used in this study was a modified performance perception questionnaire from Suryaningsih (2017) and a psychological well-being questionnaire by Listiarini (2015). The results showed that the two variables had a positive correlation, when psychological well-being was high, the perception of performance would increase.
