Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dan intensi turnover pada karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis korelasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 220 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan rumus Slovin menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala adaptasi dari Job Stress Scale (JSS) oleh Guimaraes M, dkk (2004), serta skala intensi turnover yang berdasarkan dari Mobley (Hidayat, 2015). Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.001 dengan tingkat signifikan (p) sebesar 0,984, yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dan intensi turnover pada karyawan.
English Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the relationship job stress and turnover intention on employees. The method used is quantitative using correlation analysis method. The research subjects amounted to 220 employees obtained by the Slovin formula using accidental sampling. This study uses the adaptions scale of the Job Stress Scale (JSS) by Guimaraes M, et.al (2004), and the turnover intention scale based on Mobley (Hidayat, 2015). Data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results of the study with statistical analysis show that the correlation coefficient is -0.001 with a significant level (p) of 0,984, which means there is no relationship between job stress and turnover intentions on employees.
