Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran persepsi beban kerja terhadap intensi turnover karyawan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain korelasional non eksperimental dan analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 220 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan rumus Slovin menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi beban kerja dan skala intensi turnover. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran persepsi beban kerja dan intensi turnover pada karyawan sebesar 3.1%, sedangkan 96.9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
This study aim to investigate the significant the role of perception of workload and employee turnover intention. The research used correlational nonexperimental design quantitative method and statistical analysis used the simple linear regression. The subjects of the study were 220 employees obtained by using Slovin formula with accidental sampling technique. This study used the scale of workload perception and the scale of turnover intention. The result showed that workload perception affected employee turnover intentions as much as 3.1%, while 96,9% influenced by other factors which is not disclosed in this study.
