Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung store atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying dengan salesperson behavior sebagai moderator pada Distro Fashion Kota Malang. Variabelvariabel pada penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis melaluiuji t. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden dan merupakan konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Distro Fashion Kota Malang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Impulse Buying dan variabel salesperson behavior menjadi moderator semu terhadap hubungan antara store atmosphere dan Impulse Buying .
English Abstract
This research aims to find the direct effect of store atmosphere on Impulse Buying with salesperson behavior as moderator at Fashion Distro in Malang City.The variables in this study were tested using hypothesis testing through t test. The sample size of this study is 250 respondents of consumer who had been shopping at Fashion Distro in Malang City. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 software. The result of the research shows that the variable of store atmosphere directly influences the Impulse Buying and the salesperson behavior variable becomes the pseudomoderator toward the relationship between store atmosphere and Impulse Buying .
