Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume impor daging sapi di Indonesia. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Produksi Daging Sapi Dalam Negeri, Permintaan Daging Sapi, dan Harga Daging Sapi Dunia dengan variabel terikat yaitu Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian penjelasan atau Explanatory, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah volume impor daging sapi di Indonesia periode tahun 2006-2013. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia, Kementrian Pertanian, dan Indexmundi.com. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS.Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,521 yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas Produksi Daging Sapi Dalam Negeri, Permintaan Daging Sapi, dan Harga Daging Sapi Dunia menjelaskan variabel terikat Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia sebesar 52,1% dan sisanya sebesar 47,9% dijelaskan oleh variabelvariabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa Produksi Daging Sapi Dalam Negeri, Permintaan Daging Sapi, dan Harga Daging Sapi Dunia berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia. Hasil uji parsial (uji t), menunjukkan variabel Produksi Daging Sapi Dalam Negeri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia. Variabel Permintaan Daging Sapi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia. Sebaliknya variabel Harga Daging Sapi Dunia tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Volume Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka disarankan kepada pengusaha ternak sapi yang didukung oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan produksi daging sapi agar dapat memenuhi permintaan daging sapi.
English Abstract
This research aims to know the factors which Affect the Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia. Independent variables in this research is Domestic Beef Production, Demand for Beef, and World Beef Price with dependent variable Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia. The type of research is explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia year period 2006-2013. The data used was obtained from the official website Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia, Kementrian Pertanian, dan Indexmundi.com. Data analysis is a statistical analysis of multiple linear regression using SPSS program. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,521 which means that that the independent variables Domestic Beef Production, Demand for Beef, andWorld Beef Price is 52,1% and the remaining 47,9% is explained by the other factors that had not been explained. According to the result of simultaneous test (F test), indicating that Domestic Beef Production, Demand for Beef, and World Beef Price has significant effect on Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia. While the partial test results (t test), indicates that that Domestic Beef Production and Demand for Beef significantly influance on Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia. The other result, World Beef Price indicates a insignificant influance on Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia. Based on results, it is advisable to cattle farmers well as government support to increase beef production to be able to fulfill demand for beef because variable demand for beef has influance on Volume of Imports Beef in Indonesia.
