Abstract

Permasalahan biaya produksi dan pengendalian bahan baku merupakan bagian penting dalam sektor produksi yang perlu dioptimalkan. Prosesnya adalah mengkoordinasikan produksi dan stok, sehingga diperoleh solusi optimal atau near-optimal (Susanto dan Sarwadi, 2006). Mengingat berbagai kemungkinan buruk bisa saja terjadi selama proses produksi, maka sangat perlu bagi home industri ‘Amanah’ untuk melakukan optimasi produksi dengan metode Fuzzy Linier Programming. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Linear Programming dan Fuzzy Linear Programming untuk menemukan optimasi produksi home industri ‘Amanah’. Serta mermbandingkan hasil optimasi antara Linear Programing dengan Fuzzy Linear Programming. Hasil dari perhitungan Linear Programming biasa, keuntungan maksimum yang dapat diterima oleh home industri ‘Amanah’ dalam memproduksi abon ayam sebesar Rp. 57.500,-/hari dengan harus memproduksi abon ayam krispi manis sebanyak 2 kali produksi dan abon ayam krispi pedas sebanyak 2 kali produksi dalam sehari. Hasil dari perhitungan Fuzzy Linear Programming, keuntungan maksimum yang dapat diterima oleh home industri ‘Amanah’ dalam memproduksi abon ayam adalah sebesar Rp. 60.375,-/hari (Rp. 2.875,- lebih banyak dibanding dengan Linear Programming biasa) dengan harus memproduksi abon ayam krispi manis sebanyak 2 kali produksi dan abon ayam krispi pedas sebanyak 3 kali produksi dalam sehari. Artinya, penyelesaian Fuzzy Linear Programming akan memberikan hasil lebih baik dan optimal jika dibandingkan dengan penyelesaian Linear Programming biasa.

English Abstract

Production costs and raw materials controlling problems is an important part in the production sector, which needs to be optimized. The process is coordinating production and stocks, in order to obtain the optimal solution or near-optimal (Susanto and Sarwadi, 2006). Given the variety of possible bad could happen during the production process, it is necessary for the home industry Amanah to perform production optimization with Fuzzy Linear Programming. The purpose of this research is to use Linear Programming and Fuzzy Linear Programming methods to find the optimization of production home industry Amanah. Comparing and optimization results between Linear Programming with Fuzzy Linear Programming. The results of the calculation of Linear Programming, the maximum benefit that can be received by home industry Amanah in producing chicken shredded is Rp. 57.500, - / day with sweet crispy chicken shredded should produce as much as 2 times the production and spicy crispy chicken shredded production 2 times a day. The results of the calculation of Fuzzy Linear Programming, the maximum benefit that can be received by home industry Amanah in producing chicken shredded is Rp. 60 375, - / day (Rp. 2,875, - much more than the Linear Programming) with sweet crispy chicken shredded should produce as much as 2 times the production and spicy crispy chicken shredded production 3 times a day. That is, the completion of Fuzzy Linear Programming will give better results and optimal when compared with the normal completion of Linear Programming.
