Abstract

Student Employee adalah salah satu program pembelajaran dan pengembangan keilmuan untuk mahasiswa yang dilakukan suatu universitas guna meningkatkan kemampuan sesuai dengan bidang atau keminatan ilmu masing-masing. Seleksi terhadap mahasiswa yang dilakukan pada proses awal pelaksanaan Student Employee bertujuan untuk mencari mahasiswa yang dinilai cukup berkompeten. Badan Pengembangan Teknologi dan Ilmu Komputer (BPTIK) dibawah naungan Program Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya memiliki 4 tahapan seleksi penerimaan. Adapun keempat tahapan tersebut secara berurutan yaitu tahap administrasi, tahap psikotes, tahap tes kemampaun, dan tahap wawancara. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dengan cara yang bersifat subjektif dan manual sehingga resiko tingkat kesalahan pada perhitungan akhir (human error) sangatlah besar. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mampu meminimalkan subjektifitas penilaian dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan pada perhitungan akhir pada seleksi penerimaan Student Employee BPTIK. Pertama yaitu melakukan proses training menggunakan algoritma Sequential Training. Metode Support Vector Machine digunakan untuk proses seleksi tahap psikotes. Metode Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process digunakan untuk proses perangkingan berdasarkan skor akhir pada tahap tes kemampuan. Hasil dari pengujian didapatkan tingkat akurasi tertinggi pada tahap psikotes sebesar 80% dengan rata-rata sebesar 74,28% dan pada tahap tes kemampuan bidang programmer sebesar 75%, bidang web design sebesar 100%, bidang multimedia sebesar 100%, dan bidang network admin sebesar 75%.

English Abstract

Student Employee is one of science training and development program for university student that have purpose to increases soft skill and hard skill appropriate to their science interest. Selecting student for the first step of Student Employee in order to look for student that have good skill. Tecnologhy Development and Computer Science (BPTIK) in Program of Tecnologhy Information and Computer Science Brawijaya University have 4 stages selection for filtering student university that right for join as Student Employee. There are 4 stages in a series; administration, psicotest, skill test, dan interview. The several steps are implemented subjectively and manual calculation, so risk of error rate (human error) in the end of calculation is big. Because of that, it need a system that can minimization subjective assessment and cutting down risk of error rate in the end of calculation for selection of Student Employee acceptance in BPTIK. In the early step is using Sequential Training algorithm for training process. Support Vector Machine method is used for selection process in psicotest stage. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used for rangking on the strength of the last score in skill test. The result of testing indicate that highest accuration level for eight testing in psicotest stage is 80% and highest accuration for testing in skill test for programmer is 75%, web design 100%, multimedia 100%, and network admin is 75%..
