Abstract

Rumah sakit tidak terkecuali RSUB merupakan jenis bangunan yang mengonsumsi energi relatif banyak diantara jenis bangunan-bangunan lain. Maka, perlu diterapkan sistem rating bangunan hijau untuk mengurangi dampaknya terhadap lingkungan. Maka, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan studi ini, disusunlah sistem rating yang terdiri dari poin-poin Greenship GBCI ditambah dengan poin-poin penilaian healthcare dari Greenstar HC dan LEED HC sebagai sistem rating bagi penilaian rumah sakit. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung pada bangunan objek studi menunjukkan bahwa bangunan objek studi tergolong bangunan hijau dengan perolehan 50 poin dari 107 poin maksimal dan berhak atas kategori Silver dalam standar penilaian Greenship (46% poin maksimum). Melalui rancangan rekomendasi arsitektural dan sistem utilitas, bangunan objek studi mendapatkan 30 poin sehingga berhak atas peringkat Platinum dengan perolehan total 80 poin (75% poin maksimum).

English Abstract

Hospital is one of the highest resource consumer among other building types. Thus, it is urgent to implement green building rating system to such building in order to reduce the impact of building development by implementing new green building rating system that suites the need of this study by enhancing GBCI’s Greenship with healthcare ratings of GBCA’s Greenstar HC and USGBC’s LEED HC. This study was conducted using quantitative descriptive method. The criteria of this study is arranged from 5 categories of Greenship and 1 category originated from healthcare building rating system. The study concludes that object of study qualifies as a green building by earning 50 out of 107 possible maximum points (46% of maximum points) which qualifies the building as ‘Silver’ category according to Greenship standard. Furthermore, through architectural and non-architectural design recommendations it could potentially gain 30 additional points to upgrades it’s qualification into ‘Platinum’ category (80 points/75%).
