Abstract

Guna lahan di Kecamatan Gayungan sebagian besar merupakan perdagangan dan jasa, pendidikan dan juga perkantoran. Jalan Ahmad Yani yang terletak di Kecamatan Gayungan merupakan salah satu jalan yang menjadi jalan penghubung menuju Kota Surabaya. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka Kecamatan Gayungan renta akan permasalah transportasi berupa kemacetan. Permasalah yang saat ini mulai diperhatikan adalah dampaknya kemacetan terhadap tercemarnya udara akibat polusi udara yang dihasilkan oleh kendaraan bermotor, hal ini mulai dipertimbangkan karena munculnya berbagai permasalahan yang terkait dengan isu pemanasan global. Pengurangan kemacetan dapat mengurangi dampak yang merugikan bagi pengguna jalan maupun masyarakat sekitar khususnya dalam hal pencemaran udara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui karakteristik polusi CO yang dihasilkan oleh sektor transportasi dan mengetehui permodelan polusi CO yang dihasilkan oleh sektor transportasi yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan adalah box plot dan box map, Moran’s I, Local Indicator of Spatial Association (LISA) dan regresi spasial yang terdapat pada GeoDa. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah kadar gas CO, sedangkan variabel bebas yaitu arus lalu lintas, tingkat pelayanan jalan, kecepatan kendaraan, konsumsi bahan bakar bensin, konsumsi bahan bakar solar, rumija, rumaja, ruwasja, dan kelas hambatan samping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permodelan kadar gas CO berhubungan dengan tingkat pelayanan jalan dan kelas hambatan samping yang digambarkan dengan permodelan Y = 2,690283 + 5,689123 X2 + 0,9444896 X9 + 0,6241397?

English Abstract

Most of the land use in Gayungan District is for commercials, educations and also offices complex. The Ahmad Yani Road which is located in Gayungan District is one of the roads as the collector road leading to Surabaya city. By this condition, so Gayungan District is susceptible for the transportation problems such as traffic jam. The current problem which is getting being concerned is the effects of traffic jam to pollute the air due to the air pollution resulted from vehicles. This is started to be considered because of the arising problems related to the global warming issue. The reduction of traffic jam can decrease the effect giving harm both to the road users and surrounding society especially about the air pollution. The goals of this research are to know the characteristics of carbon dioxide resulted from the transportation sector and to know the modelling of Carbon dioxide pollution resulted from the appropriate transportation sector. The used methods are box plot and box map, Moran’s I, Local Indicator of Spatial Association (LISA)and spatial regression in GeoDa. Dependent variable in this research is the carbon dioxide level, while the independent variables are the traffic flow, road service level, the speed of vehicles, the gasoline consumption, solar consumption, road possession spatial road utilization spatial, road monitoring spatial and side barrier class. The research result shows that the modelling of Carbon dioxide level relates to the road service level and side barrier class described with the model of Y = 2,690283 + 5,689123 X2 + 0,9444896 X9 + 0,6241397?.
