Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel parsial Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, dan Interactional Justice terhadap Recovery Satisfaction pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Malang. 130 responden yang pernah mengeluh atau diberikan untuk pemulihan layanan dipilih secara purposive sampel sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik sampling non probability. Data dianalisis melalui beberapa linier untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen, yaitu Distributive Justice (X1), Procedural Justice(X2), dan Interactional Justice (X3), secara parsial memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Recovery Satisfaction (Y). Kesimpulan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar merumuskan beberapa saran sebagai implikasi dari studi ini.
English Abstract
The research aims to identify the significant influence of partial variables of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on the recovery satisfaction at the National Land Agency (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) in Malang City. 130 respondents who have once complained or administered for service recovery are selected purposively as research samples by non-probability sampling technique. The data are analyzed through multiple linier regresion to examine the significant effect of the independent variables toward the dependent. The results of the analysis show that each of independent variable, i.e. the distributive justice (X1), procedural justice (X2), and interactional justice (X3), partially gives significant influence on the recovery satisfaction (Y). This conclusion might function as the basis of formulating some suggestions as the implication of this study.
