Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan 3 sistem jual beli di TPI Bulu, respon masyarakat terhadap perubahan sistem lelang, dan kendala dalam perubahan sistem lelang di TPI Bulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informan, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara mendalam dan observasi dilakukan peneliti untuk mengetahui perbedaan sistim jual beli yang ada di TPI Bulu, respon masyarakat terhadap perubahan sistem lelang menjadi sistem lelang perbankan, serta kendala yang terjadi dalam perubahan sistem lelang di TPI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan sistem jual beli terletak dari sistem pembayaran, perubahan sistem lelang mendapat respon positif bersyarat dari masyarakat serta kendala yang ada terletak pada pola pikir masyarakat, teknologi serta perizinan
English Abstract
The purposes of this study are to find out 3 tradings systems in FAP Bulu, coastal communities responses toward transformation of auction, and constrains in changing the auction system in FPA Bulu. This study uses in-depth interview techniques for informants and direct observation. In-depth interviews and observations were conducted by researchers to find out the differences among 3 tradings systems, the public's response toward the changing of auction system became a banking auction system, and constraints that occur in the change of the auction system in TPI. The results of this study indicate that the differences among the trading system lies in the payment system, the change in the auction system gets a conditional positive response from the community, and the existing constraints lie in the mindset of the community, technology and licensing
