Abstract
KB & TK Permata Iman memiliki beberapa proses bisnis utama salah satunya adalah evaluasi pembelajaran semester. Hasil analisis proses bisnis telah digambarkan pada diagram Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) dan diestimasi waktu eksekusi masing-masing task dengan menggunakan simulasi. Analisis proses bisnis yang dihasilkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi proses bisnis agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran semester. Hasil estimasi waktu task yang dihasilkan memiliki kekurangan yaitu waktu yang dihasilkan memiliki kemungkinan ketidaksesuaian dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Maka dari itu diperlukannya suatu pengujian untuk dapat melihat seberapa akurat waktu pada hasil rekomendasi proses bisnis dengan waktu pengujian pada hasil implementasi. Dibutuhkan implementasi sistem untuk dapat mengimplementasikan task yang ada pada rekomendasi proses bisnis. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall dengan pendekatan object-oriented. Sistem yang dibangun diujikan kepada pengguna untuk melihat waktu yang diperlukan pengguna untuk mengakses sistem. Hasil dari pengujian waktu oleh pengguna dibandingkan dengan hasil estimasi waktu task.
English Abstract
KB & TK Permata Iman has several main business processes, one of them is the evaluation of semester learning. Business process analysis result has been described in the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagram and the execution time of each task is estimated using simulation. The result of business process analysis can give recommendation of business process in order to improve efficiency in evaluation of semester learning process. The estimated time of the task has a weakness that generated time has the possibility of nonconformity with the actual conditions. Hence the need for a test to be able to see how accurate the time from the result of business process recommendations with the test time on the implementation results. It takes a system implementation to be able to implement existing tasks on business process recommendation. The system is built using waterfall method with object-oriented approach. The built system is tested to the user to see how much time takes the user to access the system. The result of the user's time test is compared with the estimated time of the task.
