Abstract
Resin Komposit Nanofil Dan Nanohibrid Adalah Generasi Baru Dari Jenis Resin Komposit Yang Memiliki Kekuatan Mekanik Dan Optik Yang Baik. Kekerasan Merupakan Sifat Mekanik Yang Sering Digunakan Untuk Menggambarkan Ketahanan Suatu Bahan Restorasi. Minuman Ringan Berkarbonasi Memiliki Ph Rendah Yang Dapat Mempengaruhi Kekerasan Permukaan Resin Komposit. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Perbandingan Penurunan Kekerasan Permukaan Resin Komposit Nanofil Dan Nanohibrid Dalam Perendaman Minuman Ringan Berkarbonasi. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan True Experimental Design Yaitu Pre-Post Test Control Group Design. Lama Perendaman Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah 1 Minggu Dan 1 Bulan. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Ada Perbedaan Nilai Kekerasan Permukaan Resin Komposit Nanofil Dan Nanohibrid Yang Telah Direndam Dalam Coca-Cola Terhadap Kelompok Kontrol. Analisa Data Menggunakan Uji One-Way Anova Dimana Terdapat Pengaruh Perendaman Dalam Coca-Cola Terhadap Penurunan Kekerasan Permukaan Resin Komposit Nanofil Dan Nanohibrid. Uji One-Way Anova Menunjukkan Nilai Signifikansinya 0.000 (P<0.05), Terdapat Perbedaan Kekerasan Permukaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Perlakuan Selama 1 Bulan. Uji Post Hoc Menunjukkan Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Yang Signifikan Antara 1 Minggu (P=1.000) Dan 1 Bulan (P=0.665) Perendaman Dalam Coca-Cola Pada Penurunan Kekerasan Permukaan Resin Komposit Nanofil Dibanding Resin Komposit Nanohibrid
English Abstract
Nanofill And Nanohybrid Are New Generations Of Composite Resin Type Which Have Mechanical Strength And Good Optic. Hardness Is A Mechanical Properties That Is Often Used To Describe The Resistance Of Restorative Materials. Carbonated Soft Drink Has A Low Ph Which It Can Affect The Surface Hardness Of Composite Resin. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Compare The Reduction In Surface Hardness Of Nanofill And Nanohibrid Composite Resin In Immersion Carbonated Soft Drink. This Study Uses A True Experimental Design With The Design Of Pre-Post Test Control Group Design. The Immersion Time In This Study Are 1 Week And 1 Month. The Result Showed There Is Different Decreasing Score Of Surface Hardness Nanofill And Nanohybrid Composite Resin That Have Been Immersed In Coca-Cola To The Control Group. Data Analysis Using One-Way Anova Test Which There Is Influence Of Immersion In Coca-Cola To Surface Hardness Decrease Of Nanofill And Nanohybrid Composite Resin. One-Way Anova Shows That Significance Score Is 0.000 (P<0.05), There Are Differences In Surface Hardness Before And After Treatment For 1 Month. Post Hoc Test Shows There Are No Significant Differences Between 1 Week (P=1.000) And 1 Month (P=0,665) Immersion In Coca-Cola To Surface Hardness Decrease Of Nanofill Composite Resin Than Nanohybrid Composite Resin
