Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan saat ini di dunia. Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 memiliki gejala khas dengan terjadinya penurunan berat badan dan status antropometri pada awal menderita yang dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup penderitanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lama menderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dengan status antropometri. Penelitian ini adalah observational dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional. Pengukuran dan pencatatan data di lakukan secara manual dan di uji korelasi dengan menggunakan teori Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Sample adalah penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 yang sedang rawat jalan di Poli Endokrin RSUD dr Saiful Anwar Malang periode Februari-Maret 2014. Selama penelitian di dapatkan 100 sample penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 dengan 58% subyek wanita dan 42% subyek pria, serta rentang usia 29-90 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan rata-rata usia pasien ± 59.11 tahun, rata–rata BMI ± 24.75 kg/m2, dan rata-rata lingkar pinggang ± 92.46 cm. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa lama menderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap status antropometri (p ≥ 0.05).
English Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus is a common health problem in the world today . Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 have typical symptoms with a decrease in body weight and anthropometric status at the beginning of suffering that can interfere with the quality of life of sufferers . This study aims to determine the relationship between the long suffering type 2 diabetes mellitus with anthropometric status . This study is observational and data collection was done by cross-sectional method . Measurement and recording of data is done manually and in correlation test using the Kolmogorov - Smirnov theory . Sample is Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 patients who were ambulatory at Poly Endocrine dr Saiful Anwar period from February to March 2014. During the study 100 samples get people with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 subjects with 58 % of women and 42 % male subjects and age ranges 29-90 years . The results of this study in get the average age of the patients ± 59.11 years , mean BMI 24.75 ± kg/m2 , and mean waist circumference ± 92.46 cm . The results obtained from this study can be concluded that the long-suffering Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 have no significant correlation to anthropometric status ( p ≥ 0.05).
