Abstract
Kebijakan kredit diperlukan dalam menjalankan kegiatan perusahaan agar tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dapat tercapai. Perusahaan harus mampu mengelola kredit yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan seperti keterlambatan dalam pelunasan dan kemungkinan tidak tertagihnya piutang baik sebagian ataupun seluruhnya salah satunya caranya dengan menerapkan kebijakan kredit yang meliputi seleksi pemberian kredit, standar kredit, persyaratan kredit dan teknik pengumpulan piutang. Rentabilitas merupakan cerminan efisiensi suatu perusahaan di dalam penelitian ini mengenai kebijakan kredit yang telah diterapkan perusahaan apakah pelaksaan kebijakan kredit pada KPRI RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang (RSSA Malang) berjalan efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksaan kebijakan kredit pada KPRI RSSA Malang dan untuk mengetahui kebijakan kredit yang efektif pada KPRI RSSA Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan rentabilitas koperasi tersebut. Skripsi ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus guna mendapatkan hasil yang lebih jelas dan akurat mengenai efektivitas kebijakan kredit dengan cara mengukur rentabilitas modal sendiri dan rentabilitas ekonomis koperasi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari KPRI RSSA Malang bahwa kebijakan kredit yang diterapkan oleh koperasi cukup efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengukuran kebijakan kredit yang meliputi seleksi pemberian kredit yang tepat sasaran, standar kredit meliputi volume penjualan dan piutang usaha koperasi dari tahun 2011-2013 selalu mengalami peningkatan, persyaratan kredit yang memudahkan, dan teknik pengumpulan piutang koperasi yang berjalan lancar. Permasalahan koperasi terletak pada tingkat rentabilitas koperasi baik rentabilitas modal sendiri dan rentabilitas ekonomis tahun 2011-2013 masih jauh dibawah standar umum. Koperasi disarankan menjaga dan meningkatkan kebijakan kredit yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan rentabilitas koperasi agar berada diatas standar umum, selain itu pengelolaan aktiva yang baik dan peminimalan beban-beban koperasi juga dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan rentabilitas koperasi.
English Abstract
Credit policy is needed to operate company’s activity for the purpose of company can be achieved. The company’s must be manage efectivity of credit to overcoming problems likes delayed in payment and the possibilities are uncollectible account receivable partially or completly on of the way is apply credit policy including granting credit selection, credit standard, credit terms and technic of collecting accounts receivables. Rentability is illustrasion of efectivity company’s in this research about credit policy in companycan be achieved and what is the implementation of credit policy in KPRIRSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang (KPRI RSSA) is going efective to increase the company’s profit. The purpose in this research is to know of implementation credit policy in KPRI RSSA Malang and to knowed of efectivity credit policy in KPRI RSSA Malang to increasing coperation rentabilities. This research include of the description research using the approach case of study to get actual and acurate result about efectivity of credit policy with measurement coperation equity of capital rentability and coperation economic rentability. Based on this analysis of obtained from KPRI RSSA Malang is implementation of credit policy is efective. This is proven by meansurement of credit policy covers granting of credit selection reached on target, credit standard include volume of sales and account receivable coperation from 2011-2013 always increased, credit terms that make it easier, and technics collecting of account receivables coperation running smoothly. The problem of coperation is rate of coperation rentability level include equity of capital rentability and economic rentability in 2011-2013 still far below the standard. Coperation must be keeping and increasing the credit policy has already applied for increase of coperation rentability that was above the standard, in addition a good maintenance of assets and minimize of coperation expenses is also can be increasing influence of coperation rentabilities.
