Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan orang yang bekerja dalam suatu organisasi biasa disebut karyawan dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja industri dan prestasi karyawan. Peningkatan kualitas karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penilaian kinerja yaitu evaluasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan membandingkan hasil aktual dengan hasil yang diinginkan. CV. Cita Nasional adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi produk olahan susu yaitu susu pasteurisasi-homogenisasi dan yoghurt. CV. Cita Nasional sampai saat ini belum pernah melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan secara formal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil bobot kriteria dan sub kriteria penilaian dan hasil perangkingan penilaian kinerja karyawan setiap departemen serta pemberian usulan perbaikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan yaitu fuzzy perbandingan berpasangan (pairwise comparison) dan Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM). Kompetensi yang digunakan yaitu prestasi dan aksi (C1), kemampuan melayani (C2), kemampuan memimpin (C3), kemampuan mengelola (C4), kemampuan berpikir (C5) dan kemampuan bersikap dewasa (C6). Penilaian dilakukan kepada karyawan langsung pada departemen pengemasan cup, minipack, krat, departemen proses produksi, departemen gudang, departemen QC and RnD dan maintenance and service yang berjumlah 65 orang dengan penilai dari masing-masing departemen. Hasil perangkingan yang diperoleh yaitu pada departemen pengemasan cup 2 karyawan termasuk kategori kinerja tinggi dengan nilai 3,4053 dan 3,4013 serta 19 karyawan dengan kinerja sesuai standar. Pada departemen pengemasan minipack, krat, departemen proses produksi, gudang dan QC and RnD seluruh karyawan termasuk kategori kinerja sesuai standar. Pada departemen maintenance and service 2 karyawan termasuk kinerja sesuai standar dan 2 karyawan dengan kinerja rendah. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu dengan melakukan training, pemberian motivasi serta dilakukan diskusi terbuka.
English Abstract
Human Resources (HR) is a person who works in an organization called employees and plays an important role in improving the productivity of industry performance and employee performance. enhancement of employee quality can be done with employee performance appraisal. Performance appraisal is an evaluation of employee performance by comparing actual results with desired results. CV. Cita Nasioanal is a company that produces dairy products namely milk pasteurization-homogenization and yoghurt. CV. Cita Nasional currently has not conducted formal employee performance appraisal.The purpose of this research is to know the result of criteria weight and sub criteria of assessment and ranking result of employee performance appraisal of each department and giving suggestion of improvement. Approach used for employee performance appraisal is fuzzy pairwise comparison and Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM). The competencies used are achievement and action (C1), ability to serve (C2), leadership ability (C3), managment ability (C4), thinking ability (C5) and mature ability (C6). Assessment is done to the direct employees in the cup packaging department, minipack, crates, process production department, warehouse department, QC and RnD department and maintenance and service of 65 people with assessors from each department. The results of the rankings obtained in the packaging department cup 2 employees including high performance category with a value of 3.4053 and 3.4013 and 19 employees with standards performance. In the minipack packing department, crates, production process departments, warehouses and QC and RnD all employees are classified according to performance standard. In the department of maintenance and service 2 employees including performance standards and 2 employees with low performance. Improvements that can be made to improve employee performance is by conducting training, motivation and open discussion.
