Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tentang: 1) Keadaan umum D’ Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. 2) Pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, harga, fasilitas, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di D’ Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. 3) Serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di D’ Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan survey dengan teknik pengambilan data incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas produk dan lokasi. Sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di D’ Cost Seafood Mojokerto yaitu kualitas produk. Dengan demikian diperlukan menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk pada indikator estetika karena nilainya paling rendah dibanding indikator lain pada kualitas produk sehingga kepuasan konsumen akan meningkat.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze about: 1) The general condition of D 'Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. 2) Influence of service quality, product quality, price, facility, and location to customer satisfaction at D 'Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. 3) And to know the most influential factor on customer satisfaction in D 'Cost Seafood Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Methods of data collection using interviews and surveys with data collection techniques incidental sampling. The results showed that the factors that significantly influence consumer satisfaction are product quality and location. While the most influential factor on customer satisfaction in D 'Cost Seafood Mojokerto is product quality. Therefore it is necessary to improve product quality from aesthetic indicators because the value is the lowest compared to other indicators on product quality so that consumer satisfaction will increase.
