Abstract
Pada era milenial hampir seluruh informasi ada di Internet tidak terkecuali mengenai suatu institusi baik pemerintahan, pendidikan, dan lain sebagainnya. Universitas Brawijaya sebagai salah satu intitusi Pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki informasi yang tersedia di website resminya tak terkecuali FILKOM. Website FILKOM Universitas Brawijaya berguna sebagai media pengenalan fakultas dan juga media pelayanan online untuk menunjang kebutuhan informasi bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan civitas akademik. Kualitas sebuah website dapat dinilai dari informasi yang tersedia, tampilan, serta layanan yang ada didalamnya. Akan tetapi tidak semua pengguna website puas dengan website tersebut, sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi pada website. Kurang aktualnya informasi yang ada di website FILKOM menjadi salah satu masalah utama website tersebut. Evaluasi dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kualitas kelayakan website. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis Webqual 4.0 yang dapat mengukur kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan, dan kualitas kegunaan yang ada pada website FILKOM Universitas Brawijaya. Setelah diketahui nilai kualitas website FILKOM, dilakukan evaluasi Kirkpatrick untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian dan juga sebagai acuan bagi peningkatan layanan website. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS, dimana analisis tersebut menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas inteaksi layanan dan kualitas kegunaan pada Website FILKOM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Website FILKOM sudah baik tetapi memerlukan peningkatan pada bagian layanan FILKOM Apps dan perbaikan tampilan menu agar dapat terlihat lebih sederhana.
English Abstract
In the milenial era almost all information is on the internet is including government institution, education , and so forth. Brawijaya University as one of the Education institutions in Indonesia has information available on its official website including FILKOM. UB’s FILKOM website is useful as a media publication and also online services media to support information requirement for students, lecturers, and academic community. The quality of a website can be evaluated from the information available, the view, and the services it contains. However, not all website users are satisfied with the website, so the need to evaluate the website. The lack of actual information on the FILKOM website becomes one of the problems. This study uses a Webqual 4.0 analysis model that can measure the quality of information, the quality of service interaction, and the quality of the usability available on UB’s FILKOM website. Having known the value of the quality of the website FILKOM, conducted Kirkpatrick evaluation to strengthen the results of research to be accepted by users and also as a reference for the website developer. The analysis used is SEM-PLS, where the analysis explains the quality of information, the quality of service interaction and the quality of usability on the FILKOM Website. The results show that the FILKOM Website is good but requires an upgrade to the FILKOM Apps services section and improvements to the menu view to make it look simpler.
