Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan nonfisik secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja nonfisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis pelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh antarvariabel yang diteliti. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 91 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja nonfisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja nonfisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile in Surakarta. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the simultaneous influence of physical and nonphysical work environment, the influence of physical work environment on employee performance, and the influence of nonphysical work environment on employee performance. This explanatory research explains the relationship among variables. The sample of this study is 91 respondents. The data of this study were obtained from Likert-scale questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Finding of research indicates that physical and nonphysical work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, physical work environment have no significant influence on employee performance, and nonphysical work environment has significant influence on employee performance.
