Abstract
Kinerja karyawan merupakan pencapaian kerja karyawan yang terukur berdasarkan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Ada berbagai faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik, dua diantaranya adalah persepsi dukungan organisasi atau Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan Bagian Produksi CV Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Perceived Organizational Support (POS), komitmen organisasional, dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder dengan mendokumentasikan arsip organisasi dan pustaka tertulis sebagai referensi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan SPSS versi 24 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, hal tersebut berarti bahwa semakin tinggi Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan komitmen organisasional, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Employee performance is a form of employee’s work that measured from constantly standard. There are varians factors that can lead to a better performance, two of which are the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and organizational commitment. The purpose of this reasearch is to reveal relationship Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on production section employees at CV Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment. Quantitative approach is used in this reaserch. Variables in this research are Perceived Organizational Support (POS), organizational commitment and employee performance. The sample of this research consist of 80 people. Data collection techniques applied in this research are primary data collection by distribute the questionnaire and secondary data collection by documentary the archives of the organization and related literature as references. The researcher uses path analysis technique with SPSS V.24 to analyze the data. Analysis’s results shows that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance. The conclusion of this research was that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and organizational commitment have influence on employee performance, its mean that the higher perceived organizational (POS) and organizational commitment, the higher employee performance too.
