Abstract
Pengelolaan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) merupakan salah satu unsur kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang memegang kunci penting keberlangsungan bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa wujud pengelolaan SDM salah satunya adalah lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan data primer yang diambil melalui pengumpulan kuesioner dan observasi ke lapangan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa indikator dalam tiap variabel, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dalam variabel lingkungan kerja, indikator temperatur atau suhu udara adalah yang paling perlu diperhatikan dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, pada variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), indikator kesehatan dirasa kurang optimal dalam penerapannya. Selanjutnya, pada variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan, indikator gaji/upah dirasa perlu diperhatikan untuk peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
English Abstract
Human Resource Management is one element of the activities undertaken by a company that holds an important key to the sustainability of a company's business. There are several manifestations of human resources management one of them is work environment and occupational safety and health (K3). This study aims to determine the effect of working environment and occupational health safety (K3) on employee work productivity partially and simultaneously. This type of research is explanatory research with primary data taken through collecting questionnaires and observations to the field. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work environment and occupational health safety (K3) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. In this study used several indicators in each variable, based on the results of research that has been done, in the work environment variable, temperature or temperature indicator is the most need attention in increasing work productivity. In addition, in the variable of occupational safety and health (K3), health indicators are considered less than optimal in its application. Furthermore, on employee productivity variables, salary / wage indicator is considered necessary to increase employee productivity.
