Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel penilaian kinerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkomsel Branch Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sebagai sampel, didapatkan 50 sampel dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jawaban yang diukur dengan skala likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur yang dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penilaian kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) penilaian kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Motivasi Kerja (3) Motivasi Kerjaberpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) penilaian kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of employee performance assessment on work motivation and employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Malang Branch. The research is explanatory in nature and intended to explain the relation between variables. A Likert scale questionnaire was utilized to gather the data from 50 valid samples. Further, the data were analysed with descriptive measure and path analysis using SPSS 16. It is found that (1) employee performance assessment directly influenced employee performance, (2) employee performance assessment directly influenced work motivation, (3) work motivation directly influenced employee performance, and 4) employee performance assessment indirectly influenced employee performance through work motivation.
