Abstract

Industri sektor perikanan dan kelautan memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, industri pengolahan ikan dituntut untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Perkembangan teknologi di PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan agar siap bersaing dengan usaha pengolahan ikan beku lainnya dengan menilai kontribusi dari masing-masing komponen teknologinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technology Contribuion Coefficient (TCC) untuk mengetahui nilai kontribusi komponen teknologi. Selain itu, metode Decission Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) untuk menentukan hubungan antar kriteria dan Analytical Network Process (ANP) untuk menghitung bobot prioritas kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai kontribusi teknologi yaitu technoware 0.775; humanware 0.945; orgaware 0.895; dan infoware 0.882. Sedangkan nilai TCC yaitu 0.578 atau termasuk ke dalam perusahaan semi modern. Selain itu, strategi prioritas dimulai dari nilai intensitas komponen paling tinggi yaitu infoware, orgaware, technoware, dan humanware.

English Abstract

The fisheries and marine industries have an important role in the growth of the national economy. As time goes by, the fish processing industry is required to increase its productivity. Technological developments in PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi is expected to help the company to be ready to compete with other frozen fish processing business by assessing the contribution of each technological component. This study uses the method of Technology Contribuion Coefficient (TCC) to determine the value of the contribution of technology components. In addition, the method of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) to determine the relationship between criteria and Analytical Network Process (ANP) to calculate the priority weight of the criteria. Based on the results of research, obtained the result that the value of technology contribution that is technoware 0.775; humanware 0.945; orgaware 0.895; and infoware 0.882. While the value of TCC is 0.578 or included into semi-modern enterprise. In addition, the priority strategy starts from the highest intensity of components is infoware, orgaware, technoware, and humanware.
