Abstract
Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru dan sikap disiplin dari seorang guru merupakan beberapa modal awal bagi guru untuk menjadi terampil dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga mampu untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan dari suatu sekolah. Dengan asumsi bahwa semakin baik tingkat kompetensi dan kedisiplinan guru, maka semakin baik pula kualitas layanan pendidikan dari suatu sekolah, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dari hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memiliki hubungan erat dengan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan guru terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian penjelasan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian populasi mengingat jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang yaitu 54 Guru yang mengajar di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu kuesioner hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan website sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk melengkapi data. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada pengaruh antara kompetensi dan kedisiplinan guru terhadap kualitas pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Kemampuan dalam menjelaskan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sedang, hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada nilai R sebesar 0,539 dan kompetensi serta kedisiplinan mampu menjelaskan 26,3% dari faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan pendidikan. Hasil uji F dan uji t dapat diketahui secara parsial (masing-masing) dan simultan (bersama-sama) variabel kompetensi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terdahap kualitas pendidikan SMA Negeri 1 Cepu. Dari hasil uji F diketahu nilai F hitung sebesar 10,449 yang lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 3,168 dengan signifikansi 0,000 artinya bahwa menerima Ha dan menolak H0 yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama sama terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Sedangkan dari hasil Uji t kompetensi guru memiliki t hitung sebesar 2,736 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,009. Hasil perhitungan di atas dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung > t tabel dan taraf signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 maka dapat simpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, dimana latar belakang pendidikan merupakan indikator terkuat dan pengalaman viii organisasi yang merupakan indikator paling lemah. Variabel kedisiplinan memiliki t hitung sebesar 2,572 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,013 yang lebih besar daripada t tabel yaitu 2,004. Hasil perhitungan di atas dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung > t tabel dan taraf signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 maka dapat simpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, dimana tingkat kehadiran merupakan indikator terkuat dan pelaksanaan tata tertib yang merupakan indikator paling lemah. jadi berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi dan kedisiplinan tenaga kependidikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, artinya dengan meningkatnya kompetensi dan kedisiplinan tenaga kependidikan maka akan meningkatkan pula tingkat kualitas layanan pendidikan yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu.
English Abstract
Competency and diciplinary of a teacher are some initial capital for teacher to be skilled in teaching and learning activities, so that they can to improve the quality of school education service. Assuming that the better the level of competence and discipline of a teacher, the better the quality of school education service and vice versa. Of it shows that the competency and discipline has a close relationship with the quality of school education service. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of teachers competence and discipline to the quality of education service in Senior High School 1 Cepu Blora Regency. This research use quantitative approach with the type of explanation research. Location of the research conducted at Senior High School 1 Cepu. Sampling method in this study using population research, considering the total population of less than 100 people are 54 teachers who taught at Senior High School 1 Cepu. The data used in this research are primary data from the questionnaire interviews and secondary data and documentation obtained from the school website. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews to complete the data. The hypothesis in this research, there is influence of teachers competency and diciplinary to the quality of school education in Senior High School 1 Cepu. The analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test used is the validity and reliability of the correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing using the F-test and T-test. The ability to explain the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is moderate, it can be seen in the R value of 0.539 and competence and discipline are able to explain 26.3% of the factors that affect the quality of education services. The results of the F test and t test can be known partially and simultaneously, competence and discipline variables significantly affect the quality of education service with quality of education service in Senior High School 1 Cepu. From the results of the F test has known calculated F value of 10.449 is greater than the F table is 3.168 with a significance of 0.000 means that the reject H0 and accept Ha that there is influence between competence and discipline of teachers with the quality of education services. While the t test results of teacher competency has t count of 2.736 with a significance level of 0.009. Based on the calculation can be seen that t count > t table and a significance level of less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the competency of teachers have an influence on the quality of education services, in which the educational background is the strongest indicator and the weakness indicator is experience in a organization. Disciplinary has t count of 2.572 with a significance x level of 0.013 which is greater than t table is 2.004. Based on the above calculation can be seen that t count > t table and a significance level of less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the discipline teacher had an influence on the quality of education services, in which the attendance rate is an indicator of the strongest and execution of the order which is the weakest indicator. Based on the calculation results of multiple linear regression analysis, calculation results show that the competency and disciplinary has a positive influence on the quality of education services, it mean that with increasing competency and disciplinary it will improve the level of service quality education in Senior High School 1 Cepu.
