Abstract
Dosen sebagai pekerja profesional, dituntut meningkatkan produktivitasnya melalui empat aspek, yakni: (1) melaksanakan kepemimpinan dan pengajaran, (2) melaksanakan penelitian, (3) melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan (4) unsur penunjang kegiatan dosen. Perberdayaan bisa mengandung makna bahwa potensi yang ada dalam setiap dosen bisa digunakan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 107 responden dosen di Universitas Brawijaya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur untuk membuktikan struktur hubungan dari kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas dosen yang dimediasi oleh pemberdayaan dosen. Hasil penlitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan dan pemberdayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dosen. Pemberdayaan dosen terbukti bisa memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan dan produktivitas dosen.
English Abstract
Lecturers as professional workers, required to increase productivity through four aspects, namely: (1) implement leadership and teaching, (2) research, (3) carry out community service and (4) support element lecturer activity. Could enability implies that the potential within each faculty can be used optimally. Research was conducted on 107 respondents lecturer at University of Brawijaya. Analysis of data using path analysis to prove the correlation structure of the leadership on the productivity of lecturers mediated by anability. The results of this research the conclusion that the leadership and enability have significant effect on the productivity of lecturers. Enability for lecturer can mediate the relations between leadership and productivity of lecture in research.
