Abstract
Bendungan Tugu merupakan bendungan tipe urugan zonal inti tegak dengan fungsi utama sebagai pengendali banjir, pemenuhan air irigasi, air baku dan PLTMH. Dengan fungsi yang sangat penting, maka perlu ditinjau kondisi pondasi Bendungan Tugu untuk menjamin keamanan konstruksi bendungan. Tinjauan pada pondasi Bendungan Tugu meliputi kondisi geologi pondasi, tegangan vertikal pondasi, keperluan perbaikan pondasi, debit rembesan, keamanan terhadap gejala buluh (piping) dan sembulan (boiling) dan deformasi bendungan. Dari hasil investigasi geologi pada pondasi Bendungan Tugu dijumpai kedalaman endapan alluvial kollovial dasar sungai mencapai 5 – 36 m (dari dasar sungai) dan didapatkan bahwa nilai rata – rata Rock Quality Designation (RQD) sandaran kanan didominasi kualitas batuan very poor (54,17 %) dan poor (25 %), dasar sungai didominasi very poor (21,64 %) dan poor (22,39 %), sedangkan pada sandaran kiri juga didominasi very poor (23,08 %) dan poor (24,62 %). Untuk mengetahui besar nilai lugeon dan keperluan perbaikan pondasi, maka dilakukan Water Pressure Test (WPT) dengan hasil pada sandaran kanan terdapat 100 % nilai Lu > 3 dari total data WPT dengan Lu maksimum 208,35, pada dasar sungai terdapat 72,22 % nilai Lu > 3 dari total data WPT dengan Lu maksimum 85,31, dan pada sandaran kiri terdapat 89,47 % nilai Lu > 3 dari total data WPT dengan Lu maksimum 248,34. English Abstract
Tugu Dam is an upright core zonal urugan dam type with main functions as flood control, irrigation water supply, raw water and MHP. With a very important function, it is necessary to review the condition of the Tugu Dam foundation to ensure the safety of the dam construction. Overview of Tugu Dam foundations include foundation geological conditions, foundation vertical stresses, foundation improvements, seepage discharge, safety against piping and boiling and dam deformation. From the result of geological investigation on foundation of Tugu Dam found the depth of sediment alluvial deposit of river bottom reach 5 - 36 m (from bottom of river) and it is found that Rock Quality Designation (RQD) average of right backrest is very poor (54,17% ) and poor (25%), the basin of the river is dominated by very poor (21.64%) and poor (22.39%), while on the left side is dominated by very poor (23.08%) and poor (24.62%) . To know the value of lugeon and foundation improvement, Water Pressure Test (WPT) with the result on the right rest is 100% Lu value> 3 of total data of WPT with maximum Lu 208,35, on bottom of river there is 72,22% value Lu> 3 of total data of WPT with maximum Lu 85,31, and on left side there is 89,47% value Lu> 3 of total data of WPT with maximum Lu 248,34. The stress that occurs due to the embankment load of 〖σ z max 〗 _as main dam = 2074,069 kN / m² <qu CL-CH (1000-5000 kN / m2), it is concluded that the foundation of the dam meets as the pedestal, RQD and WPT) and too deep kollovial deposits, to improve the foundation's geologic conditions effectively and efficiently requires the improvement of the foundation with a combination of plastic concrete cut off wall and grouting. Plastic concrete cut off wall is planned with a maximum depth of 18 m in accordance with the depth of kollovial layer after excavation foundation. Material composition and plastic concrete specifications are planned to refer to ICOLD (1985). From the result of testing of plsctic concrete material of Tugu Dam obtained plsctic concrete specification have compressive strength 1,81 Mpa, slump 210 mm, elasticity 271,6 Mpa and permeability 8,2 x 10-10 m / s. In addition, at the foundation of Tugu Dam also planned curtain, sub curtain and consolidation grouting. Patterns, pressures and grouting materials are planned taking into account the results of the grouting trial. Analysis of seepage discharge and deformation of the dam is done by using Geostudio SEEP / W and SIGMA / W 2007 program. The analysis shows the result of (a) seepage discharge prior to foundation improvement 2.97 x 10-2 m3 / s> 1% Q river and after foundation improvement 8.66 x 10-4 m3 / s <1% Q average river so that the effectiveness of foundation improvement 97,09%, (b) rate of seepage <critical velocity, (c) safety factor 5,6> 4, (d) deformation maximum 1.09 m in core deposits within 358.31 years, X 1.3 cm deformation and Y deformation of 6.7 cm so as not to disrupt the stability of the wall of the hose.
