Abstract
Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan salah satu daerah yang mengembangkan industri membantu perekonomian masyarakat dan daerah. Meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Pembangunan industri dan pengembangan industri saat ini, harus disesuaikan dengan potensi daerah dengan memperhatikan segala masalah yang ada pada daerah yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Lamongan, sedangkan situsnya berada di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Lamongan dan Masyarakat Desa Dradahbluumbang, Kecamatan Kedungpring, Kabupaten Lamongan. Sumber datanya primer diperoleh dari beberapa wawancara dari informan yang berkaitan, sedangkan data sekundernya diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan tema tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan instrumen penelitiannya adalah peneliti sendiri, dan beberapa alat penunjang seperti pedoman wawancara, dan alat bantu lainnya. Dengan demikian, adanya perkembangan teknologi mendorong perubahan dan perkembangan, khususnya dalam perindustrian. Pada masyarakat yang masih berpola hidup agraris, kemudian industri masuk sejak adanya revolusi industri sehingga dengan sendirinya teknologi pun berperan. Dengan demikian teknologi, dipercaya sebagai penggerak adanya perubahan tersebut. Industri pada umumnya masih bersifat “home industry”. Makin tinggi tingkat teknologi, home industry atau industri kecil berubah menjadi industri menengah kemudian “Big industry”. Keberadaan industri dapat dilihat dari aspek keruangan atau lokasi. Pemilihan lokasi yang stategis untuk penempatan suatu industri memiliki nilai tersendiri untuk perkembangan industri tersebut.
English Abstract
Lamongan regency is one of the areas that develop the industry to help the economy of the people and the region. Increasing people's income indirectly can improve their welfare. Industrial development and industrial development today, must be adjusted to the potential of the region by taking into account all the problems that exist in the area concerned. This research uses descriptive research type with qualitative approach located in Lamongan Regency, while the site is in Development Planning Board of Lamongan Regency and Dradahbluumbang Village Community, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews from related informants, while secondary data were obtained from documents relating to the theme. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the research instrument is the researcher himself, and some supporting tools such as interview guides, and other aids. Thus, the development of technology encourages change and development, especially in the industry. In a society that still patterned agrarian life, then the industry entered since the industrial revolution so that by itself the technology also plays a role. Thus technology, believed to be a driver of the change. Industry in general is still "home industry". The higher the level of technology, home industry or small industry turned into a medium industry then "Big industry". The existence of industry can be seen from spatial aspect or location. The selection of locations that are strategic for the placement of an industry has its own value for the development of the industry.
