Abstract

Ruang terbuka hijau memiliki berbagai macam manfaat salah satunya adalah menjaga kestabilan iklim mikro. Iklim mikro dengan parameter suhu dan kelembabannya mempengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan atau yang dikenal dengan THI (Temperature Hummidity Index). Di negara tropis seperti di Indonesia, suhu nyaman berkisar antara 27°C-28°C, kelembaban nyaman antara 40%-75%, dan memiliki nilai THI nyaman 21°C-27°C. Berdasarkan BMKG suhu di Kabupaten Sidoarjo berkisar antara 20,6 °C sampai 34,1°C dan kelembaban berkisar 38%-99%. Jika dibandingkan dengan standar kenyamanan maka menimbulkan dugaan bahwa Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki nilai THI yang bervariasi dan terdapat nilai THI tidak nyaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penginderaan jauh (remote sensing) untuk memperoleh data primer dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui model pengaruh prosentase tutupan lahan terhadap THI rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dalam penelitian ini kondisi Temperature Humidity Index di Kabupaten Sidoarjo didominasi oleh THI kategori nyaman dengan luas kurang lebih 44608,58 ha atau 66% dari total luas Kabupaten Sidoarjo, sedangkan sisanya seluas 23636,71 adalah THI dengan kategori tidak nyaman atau 34% dari total luas Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan model pengaruh tutupan lahan terhadap THI rata-rata di kabupaten Sidoarjo, maka variabel tutupan lahan berupa hutan adalah yang paling efisien untuk digunakan dalam menjaga kestabilan nilai THI. Pada perhitungan kebutuhan RTH berupa hutan untuk membentuk nilai THI rata-rata sebesar 26 ̊ C, semua kecamatan memiliki ketersediaan lahan yang dapat mencukupi kebutuhan RTH berupa hutan kecuali Kecamatan Gedangan, Kecamatan Porong, Kecamatan Taman, dan Kecamatan Waru.

English Abstract

Green open space has a variety of benefits one of which is to maintain the stability of microclimate. The micro climate with its temperature and humidity parameters affects the comfort level or known as THI (Temperature Hummidity Index). In tropical countries such as Indonesia, comfortable temperatures range from 27 ° C-28 ° C, comfortable humidity between 40% -75%, and have a comfortable THI of 21 ° C-27 ° C. Based on BMKG the temperature in Sidoarjo regency ranges from 20.6 ° C to 34.1 ° C and humidity ranges from 38% -99%. When compared with the standard of comfort it raises the notion that the Sidoarjo Regency has a variety of THI and there are some uncomfortable THI which distributed in somewhere its regency. This research uses remote sensing method to obtain primary data and use multiple regression analysis to know the model of influence of percentage of land cover to THI average. Based on the result of analysis in this research, Temperature Humidity Index condition in Sidoarjo Regency is dominated by THI comfortable category with the area of approximately 44608,58 ha or 66% of the total area of Sidoarjo Regency, while the rest of 23636,71 is THI with uncomfortable category or 34% of the total area of Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the model of the effect of land cover on the average THI in Sidoarjo regency, land cover variables in the form of forest are the most efficient for use in maintaining THI value stability. In the calculation of RTH needs in the form of forests to form an average THI value of 26 ̊ C, all sub-districts have available land that can meet the needs of green open space except for Gedangan sub-district, Porong sub-district, Taman district and Waru sub-district.
