Abstract
Motivasi merupakan faktor penting bagi calon wisatawan di dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai daerah tujuan wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan di Ekowisata Mangrove Surabaya. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya. Populasi dan Sampel yang digunakan adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung di Ekowisata Mangrove. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 responden.Berdasarkan hasil Uji t pada penelitian ini menunjukan sig. 0,000<0,05 yang berarti Motivasi yang terdiri dari Motivasi Fisik, Motivasi Sosial dan Motivasi Fantasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t dapat diketahui bahwa item Motivasi Fisik, Motivasi Sosial dan Motivasi Fantasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan. Hasil Uji t juga menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Fisik pada item (X1.1) memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat dibanding item yang lain. Sehingga pada hasil penelitian ini item (X1.1) pada variabel Motivasi Fisik memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung.
English Abstract
Motivation is an important factor for prospective tourist in taking decisions about the destinations to be visited. in this study using the quantity method. This study aims to clarify and to know the influence of motivation on tourists visiting decision to know the variables that influence the decision significantly to tourists visiting in Surabaya’s Mangrove Ecotourism. Independent variables in this study is motivation and dependent variables in this study is the decision of tourists visiting. This study was carried out on Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya. Populations and Samples are tourists who visit on Mangrove Ecotourism. Sampling tehniques using Purposive Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 113 respondents.Based on the result was showed that Sig. 0,000<0,05, which means the Motivation which consists of Physical Motivation, Social Motivation and Fantasy Motivation have a significant influence on Tourists Visiting Decision. Based on results showed that the variabls of Physical Motivation, Social Motivation and Fantasy Motivation significantly influence Tourist Visiting Decision. T test results also showed that the Physical Motivation in item X1.1 have had the most powerful effect compared with other items, so the item X1.1 in Physical Motivation variable have the dominant influence on the Tourists Visiting Decision.
