Abstract
Air memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan harus tetap tersedia sehingga mampu mendukung kehidupan dimasa kini maupun dimasa yang akan datang. Dengan seiring bertambahnya penduduk maka permintaan kebutuhan air bersih akan semakin meningkat. Hal ini disebabkan karena jumlah penduduk setiap tahunnya semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih, maka PDAM Kabupaten Sumenep melakukan peningkatan pelayanan dengan melakukan pengembangan jaringan distribusi air bersih di Kecamatan Kalianget Timur. Dalam studi ini dilakukan evaluasi pada kondisi eksisting untuk mengetahui kondisi jaringan pipa maupun komponen pipa dengan menggunakan program WaterCAD v8i. Sedangkan pada tahap pengembangan akan disimulasikan dengan menggunakan program WaterCAD v8i dan melakukan penetapan harga air yang ditinjau dari segi analisa ekonomi. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan program WaterCAD v8i pada kondisi eksisting terdapat kecepatan dan tekanan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria. Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan beberapa pergantian diameter pipa, penambahan jaringan pipa baru di daerah pengembangan, penambahan menara air untuk mengurangi kinerja pompa eksisitng, dan penambahan Press Reduce Valve (PRV) sebagai katup penurun tekanan. Pada tahap pengembangan di peroleh Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp.1.800.238.841. Penetapan harga air pada saat Break Event Point yaitu Rp.2.510/m3 sedangkan harga air pada saat Benefit Cost Ratio =1,12 yaitu Rp.2.800/m3.
English Abstract
Water has a very important role and should still be available so it can support life in the present and the future. By the increase in population every years, the demand for water will increase too. Therefore, to meet the needs of clean water, Local Water Company in Sumenep Regency improves services by developing water distribution network in East Kalianget Sundistrict. In this study, there is evaluate the existing condition in order to know the condition of pipeline network and pipe component by using WaterCAD v8i program. Meanwhile, at the development phase, it will be simulated by using the WaterCAD v8i program and pricing the water in terms of economic analysis. From the simulation results which is using the WaterCAD v8i program in existing condition there are speed and pressure that do not meet the criteria. At the development phase, there are several pipe diameter turnover, addition of new pipeline in development area, addition of a water tower to reduce the performance of the existing pump, and addition of Press Reduce Valve (PRV) as a pressure-reducing valve. At the development phase, it obtained Budget Plan of Rp.1.800.238.841. the water price determination when Break Event Point is Rp.2.510/m3 while the water price when Benefit Cost Ratio = 1,12 is Rp.2.800/m3
