Fitrotullaili, Hindun (2018) Perancangan Pengendalian Kadar Keasaman (pH) Pada Miniatur Tambak Udang Menggunakan PID Kontroler Berbasis Arduino Mega 2560. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
Dari hasil pengujian pH menggunakan kontroler PID didapatkan settling time 47 s, peak time 44 s, risetime 41 s, delay time 39 s, maximum overshoot 14,73%, error steady state 1%, dan recovery time 27 s.
English Abstract
Freshwater shrimp are aquatic animals that live in rivers and in swamps and lakes. These animals are able to live on wide water parameter hoses, intolerant of low dissolved oxygen content even in turbid water. In freshwater aquaculture, water is the most important medium. Water conditions are very influential on the growth and development of live freshwater shrimp. Some things that can affect water quality in freshwater shrimp are acidity (pH) ranging from 7 to 8,5. The level of acidity (power of hydrogen = pH) is a measure of the hydrogen ion concentration of a solution. If water used for shrimp farming is too acidic or alkaline it will lead to high mortality, high disease risk, and the depletion of dissolved oxygen due to mineral bound. Searching the caharacteristic of DC motor is using Pseudo Random Binary Sequence (PRBS). The transfer function that get by PRBS method is ( ) ( ) with bestfit is 91,02%. The design process of PID controller using root locus method was obtained that all of root is in left side of “s” area, until response which was got from all of pole is stable. The PID parameter’s calculation result with pole s=-5,87 was obtained the best value of PID parameter, that is Kp = 0,6906, Ki = 0,01 dan Kd = 0,0588. From pH’s experiment result using PID controller was obtained settling time 47 s, peak time 44 s, rise time 41 s, delay time 39s, maximum overshoot 14.73%, error steady state 1% and recovery time 27 s..
