English Abstract

This study aims to get empirical evidence of the successful implementation of e-procurement in Magelang Municipality views from the application of the principles of good governance in the procurement of goods and services. This study using an information success model updated proposed by DeLone and McLean (2003). Successful implementation is measured using information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction impacting the net benefit (individual impact and organizational impact). This research is using a quantitative method by questionnaire with respondents amounted to 33 people. Respondents consisted of ULP Working Group Member, Committing Officer, and LPSE administrators in Magelang Municipality who experienced using e-procurement systems. The data analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square) software. Results of the statistical analysis show that the association of each variable positive influence and support previous research. However, there are several hypotheses unsupported, i.e., information quality, and system quality does not affect the intention to use and service quality does not affect the user satisfaction. It can be concluded that the implementation of e-procurement in Magelang Municipality could be a success, but need improvement in the areas of quality of service by making the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the procurement of goods and services electronically.
