Abstract
Kota Malang memiliki pembangunan perumahan formal yang pesat. Namun permasalahan dalam perumahan formal di Kota Malang adalah adanya kecenderungan perumahan-perumahan bersifat eksklusif dimana satu lingkungan perumahan cenderung tidak berinteraksi dengan lingkungan lain di sekitarnya sehingga diperlukan pembangunan sarana sebagai tempat berinteraksi sosial, seperti sarana peribadatan, sarana pendidikan, sarana pertamanan dan sarana lapangan olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi kesesuaian tingkat pelayanan sarana perumahan formal Kota Malang, (2) mengidentifikasi tipe inklusivitas sarana perumahan formal Kota Malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kesesuaian tingkat pelayanan sarana dan analisis regresi linier bergnda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing tipe sarana memiliki kesesuaian tingkat pelayanan dan tipe inklusivitas yang berbeda-beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sub variabel yang mempengaruhi inklusivitas sarana peribadatan dalam perumahan formal adalah luas lahan dan lantai, daya tampung, kelengkapan fasilitas, keterjangkauan lokasi, wilayah pelayanan, kebersihan ,akses informasi dan perawatan. Sarana peribadatan memiliki tipe inklusivitas yakni sebesar 13,04% sangat inklusif, 43,47% inklusif, 39,13% cukup inklusif dan 4,36% tidak inklusif. Sub variabel yang mempengaruhi inklusivitas sarana pendidikan dalam perumahan formal Kota Malang adalah luas lahan dan lantai, daya tampung, kelengkapan fasilitas, keterjangkauan lokasi wilayah pelayanan, akses informasi dan perawatan. Sarana pendidikan memiliki tipe inklusivitas yakni sebesar 44,44% inklusif, 44,44% cukup inklusif dan 11,11% tidak inklusif. Sub variabel yang mempengaruhi inklusivitas sarana pertamanan dalam perumahan formal Kota Malang adalah luas lahan, daya tampung, kelengkapan fasilitas, wilayah pelayanan dan kesejukan. Sarana pertamanan memiliki tipe inklusivitas yakni sebesar 47,37% inklusif, 42,10% cukup inklusif dan 10,52% tidak inklusif. Sub variabel yang mempengaruhi inklusivitas sarana lapangan olahraga dalam perumahan formal adalah luas lahan, daya tampung, keterjangkauan lokasi dan wilayah pelayanan. Sarana lapangan olahraga memiliki tipe inklusivitas yakni sebesar 27,27% inklusif, 59,09% cukup inklusif dan 13,64% tidak inklusif.
English Abstract
Malang City has a rapid development of formal housing, the problem in the formal housing in Malang City is the tendency of exclusive housing in which one residential; environment tends not to interact with the other environment. So that it is necessary to build facility such as the worship facility, the educational facility,park facility, and sports facility. This study aims to: (1)to identify the suitability the level of service facilities in formal housing in Mlanag City. (2) to identify the type of inclusivity of formal housing facilities in Malang City. The analysis method used is analysis level of service of facilities and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the each type of facilities have different service level suitability and the type of inclusivity. The result of the research shows that the variables that have significant influence on the inclusivity of the worship facilities in formal housing in Malang City are the area (land and floor area), the capacity, the completeness of the facility, the affordability to the location, the service area, the cleanliness and access to information. The worship facilities have inclusivity type which is 13,04% very inclusive, 43,47% inclusive, 39,13% enough inclusive and 4,36% not inclusive. The variables that have significant influence on the inclusivity of the education facilities in formal housing in Malang City are the area (land and floor area), the capacity, the completeness of the facilities, the affordability to the location, the service area, access to information and the maintenance. The educational facilities have inclusivity which is 44,44% inclusive, 44,44% enough inclusive anda 11,11% not inclusive. The variables that have significant influence on the inclusivity of the park facilities in formal housing in Malang City are the area (land area), the capacity, the completeness of facility, the service area and the coolness. The park facilities have inclusivity type which is 47,37% inclusive, 42,10% enough inclusive and 10,52% not inclusive. The variables that have significant influence on the inclusivity of the sport field facilities in formal housing in Malang City are the area (land area), the capacity, the affordability to the location, and the service area. The sport facilities have inclusivity type which is 27,27% inclusive, 59,09% enough inclusive and 13,64% not inclusive.
