Abstract
PLTA Sutami adalah pembangkit listrik dibawah pengelola PT. Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PT. PJB). Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik PT. PJB UP Brantas melakukan aktivitas pemeliharaan mesin. Tujuan utama dari pemeliharaan agar mampu memproduksi listrik sesuai dengan target yang sudah dietetapkan, mencapai tingkat biaya pemeliharaan serendah mungkin dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan secara efektif dan efisien. Namun pemeliharaan mesin pada PLTA Sutami masih saja dianggap kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan masih didapatkan waiting time penanganan dalam pemeliharaan mesin. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran kinerja pemeliharaan guna mengetahui indikator- indikator penyebab terganggunya sistem pemeliharaan sehingga kinerja dari sistem pemeliharaan dapat meningkat.. Untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator tersebut metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Overall Measure of Maintenance Performance (OMMP). Pada OMMP ini terdapat beberapa indikator yang nantinya akan dilakukan validasi berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan kondisi nyata pada perusahaan. Setelah mengetahui apa saja indikator yang sudah sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan maka dilakukan pembobotan terhadap indikator tersebut menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan mengetahui bobot tiap indikator, maka setiap indikator tersebut dihitung berdasarkan rumus metode OMMP dan menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX) sehingga diketahui nilai indakatornya. Untuk mengetahui apakah indikator yang telah dihitung tersebut memerlukan perbaikan atau tidak, maka digunakan Trafic Light System (TLS) dengan menggolongkan indikator ke beberapa warna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat kinerja pemeliharaan yang terdapat pada PLTA Sutami berdasarkan metode Overall Measure Maintenance Performance (OMMP) memiliki nilai kinerja pemeliharaan total sebesar 6.3253. Nilai kinerja pemelihraan sebesar 6.3253 berada pada zona kuning yang menunjukan bahwa pencapaian tingkat kinerja yang terdapat pada PLTA Sutami belum tercapai namun sudah mendekati target yang harus dicapai oleh perusahaan. Indikator yang berada pada zona merah antara lain. Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Coverage, Degree of Scheduling, Breakdown Repair Hours, Breakdown Frequency dan Emergency and Other Unscheduled Tasks. Dengan Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Coverage yang memiliki terendah dengan score indikator sebesar 0.36.
English Abstract
PLTA Sutami is a power plant under PT. Java Bali Plant (PT PJB). For the electrical energy needs PT. PJB UP Brantas performs machine maintenance activities. The main purpose of maintenance is to be able to produce electricity in accordance with the set targets, achieve the lowest level of maintenance costs by carrying out maintenance activities effectively and efficiently. However, the maintenance on the Sutami hydro power plant is still considered to be less effective and efficient because it still found waiting time for handling in machine maintenance. In this research, the measurement of maintenance performance is done to know the indicators causing the disturbance of the maintenance system so that the performance of the maintenance system can increase. In this OMMP there are several indicators that will be validated based on conformity with the real conditions in the company. Indicators are in accordance with the condition of the company then weighted against the indicator using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Every indicator is calculated based on the OMMP method formula and using Objective Matrix (OMAX) so that the value of the indacator is known. Trafic Light System (TLS) this method for classifying the indicator to multiple colours and know indicator requires repair or not. The results showed that the level of maintenance performance found in PLTA Sutami based on the method of Overall Measure Maintenance Performance (OMMP) has a total maintenance performance value of 6.3253. The performance value of the maintenance is 6.3253 in the yellow zone indicating that the achievement of the level of performance found in the Sutami Hydroelectric Power Plant has not been achieved yet is close to the target that must be achieved by the company. Indicators in the red zone include, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Coverage, Degree of Scheduling, Breakdown Repair Hours, Breakdown Frequency, and Emergency and Other Unscheduled Tasks. With Emergency and Other Unscheduled Tasks which has the lowest score with an indicator score of 0.36.
