Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana gambaran konsep diri pada remaja korban child abuse dan mengetahui bentuk child abuse seperti apa yang dialami oleh subjek. Pemilihan subjek pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada 3 orang remaja yang tinggal bersama orangtua mereka di Kota Malang dan merupakan korban child abuse. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa remaja korban child abuse cenderung membentuk remaja dengan konsep diri yang tidak percaya diri, merasa rendah diri, dan cenderung sulit untuk menerima keadaan dirinya.

English Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Technique of collecting data by observation and interview. To check the validity of research data in this research using triangulation technique. This research wanted to know how the self-concept images in adolescent child abuse victims and knowing the form of child abuse as experienced by the subject. The selection of subjects in this study using the Purposive Sampling technique. In this research was conducted on 3 teenagers who live with their parents in Malang and is a victim of child abuse. The results of this research note that adolescent child abuse victims tend to form adolescents with self-concept that is not confident, feel inferior, and tend to be difficult to accept her situation.
