Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui efisiensi dan efektivitas rekrutmen sumber daya manusia dengan studi kasus program college shopping PT Pertamina (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program college shopping PT Pertamina (Persero) efisien pelaksanaannya dari segi waktu serta biaya. Di sisi lain, program ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi angka pengangguran khususnya pengangguran di kalangan sarjana (pengangguran terdidik).
English Abstract
This study purposes to find out the efficiency and the effectiveness of human resources recruitment using a case study of PT Pertamina (Persero) college shopping program. This study uses qualitative approach using primary data that was obtained by conducting in-depth interviews. The result of this study shows that the implementation of PT Pertamina (Persero) college shopping program was efficient in terms of the time and cost. On the other hand, this program can be one of the solutions to reduce the number of unemployed people, particularly educated unemployed people.
