Abstract

Telah dibuat sistem instrumen pengukur total harmonic distortion untuk tegangan AC yang dapat merekam sinyal berupa tegangan dan mengetahui distorsi yang muncul pada bawaan sinyal berbasis arduino mega. Sistem instrumen ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian diantaranya Input unit digunakan sumber listrik PLN yang diturunkan tegangannya menggunakan transformator sebagai sinyal input. Signal processing unit pada bagian ini digunakan rangkaian zero crossing dan rangkaian offset untuk memproses sinyal. Data acquisition unit yang berfungsi untuk mengondisikan sinyal dan pengambilan data menggunakan mikrokontroler. Display untuk menampilkan output dengan menggunakan PC dan osiloskop. Prinsip kerja dari instrumen ini yaitu menurunkan sinyal input tegangan 220V AC menjadi 4V AC menggunakan transformator, kemudian di inputkan pada rangkaian zero crossing yang berfungsi untuk mengatur awal mulai pengambilan data, dan rangkaian offset yang digunakan untuk mengubah sinyal input AC menjadi DC dengan karakteristik sinyal output sama dengan sinyal input agar dapat dimasukkan pada mikrokontroler. Setelah itu untuk mengetahui nilai harmonik yang terkandung pada sinyal input dilakukan pengubahan sinyal tegangan ke domain frekuensi digunakan fast fourier transform yang ada pada software arduino. Dari hasil pengujian instrumen pengukur total harmonic distrotion di 3 tempat yang berbeda, instrumen dapat merekam sinyal berupa tegangan dengan rentang -350 V AC hingga 350V AC dan mengubah sinyal tegangan ke domain frekuensi sehingga dapat mengetahui frekuensi dasar dengan hasil ± 119 Hz, serta dapat mengukur total harmonic distortion untuk tegangan dengan rentang pengukuran 120% hingga 308%.

English Abstract

I has been designed an instrument system bassed on arduino mega microcontroller is used to measure total harmonic distortion, to record the voltage signal, and to detect the distortion on default signal input. The system consists of a signal processing unit, data acquisition unit, and a display. The Signal Processing unit in the section uses a zero crossing circuit and an offset circuit to process the signal. The Data Acquisition based on a microcontroller is to condition the signal and data collecting. The Display is used to process the signal output to PC. The principles of this system to reduces an AC input signal of 220V to 4V use a transformer. Then the zero crossing circuit adjusts the initial data collecting. The offset circuit records the data. Then the data acquisition uses a fast fourier transform to know the carried harmonic signal using the arduino software. The signal is displayed on PC. The system can record the total harmonic distortion with the range of 120% to 308%, an the AC voltage signal from -350V to 350V, and the fundamentals frequency of ± 119Hz.
