Abstract
PKIS Sekar Tanjung merupakan salah satu industri susu yang menampung semua produksi susu segar dari 6 koperasi primer dan mengolah susu segar menjadi susu siap konsumsi dan dikenal dengan nama susu Clevo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja PKIS Sekar Tanjung serta memberikan usulan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Performance Prism karena mampu menunjukkan apa yang diinginkan dan dibutuhkan oleh semua stakeholder dari perusahaan dan juga sebaliknya. Stakeholder kunci yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah suppliers, customers, employees dan regulator. Penggunaan metode Performance Prism ini didukung dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam melakukan pembobotan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) serta Traffic Light System dalam melakukan scoring. Kuisioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pairwise comparison. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja pada PKIS Sekar Tanjung didapatkan nilai index total sebesar 8,71 yang artinya kinerja perusahaan sudah mencapai performa yang diharapkan walaupun ada beberapa aspek kerja yang perlu diperbaiki. Dari 48 KPI didapatkan 43 KPI yang capaian kinerjanya diatas target minimal. Terdapat 5 KPI yang pencapaian kinerjanya dibawah target minimal. KPI tersebut antara lain KPI E-1 (Tingkat kepuasan karyawan), KPI E-4 (Tingkat efektifitas pelatihan), KPI E-6 (Tingkat kesejahteraan karyawan), KPI E-9 (Analisis potensi karyawan), dan KPI R-8 (Frekuensi audit).
English Abstract
PKIS Sekar Tanjung is a one of the dairy industry that collects all the production of fresh milk from 6 primary cooperatives association and processed the fresh milk into ready-to-drink products which called “Clevo”. The objectives of this research is to find the performance of PKIS Sekar Tanjung and give the proposed fixes for company performance. This research using Performance Prism method because its method can be showed what is stakeholder’s intended and needed, and vice versa. Suppliers, Customers, Employees and Regulators are the key of stakeholders that are used in this research. The Performance Prism method usage was supported by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in doing weighting of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and using Objective Matrix Method (OMAX) and also using Traffic Light System in doing scoring. The result of the research showed that PKIS Sekar Tanjung have a value index total of performance measurement by 8.71, which means the company performance has been reached the expected performance even though there are multiple work aspects need to be improved. There are 43 KPI from total 48 KPI which performance obtained above the minimum targets. There are 5 KPI which performance obtained below the minimum targets. Its KPI are KPI E-1 (Employee Satisfaction), KPI E-4 (Training Effectiveness), KPI E-6 (Employees Welfare), KPI E-9 (Analysis of Potential Employees), and KPI R-8 (Audit Frequency).
