Abstract
Salah satu Perusahaan minuman kemasan terkemuka di Indonesia adalah PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant (CCBI). Salah satu produk yang diproduksi PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant adalah frestea yang merupakan minuman teh. PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant dalam menjalankan kegiatan produksinya akan dihadapkan dengan potensi risiko yang ditimbulkan dari mesin produksi, kesalahan tenaga kerja dan material produksi frestea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan risiko utama dan strategi mitigasi risiko produksi frestea. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fuzzy FMEA dan fuzzy AHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 responden ahli yang terdiri dari manager, ketua team leader dan operator. Di PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant terdapat 13 risiko produksi frestea. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan fuzzy FMEA, didapatkan risiko tertinggi yaitu risiko pencetakan botol plastik (blow molding) bermasalah dengan nilai FRPN 7.525. Berdasarkan kepada 13 risiko produksi frestea dilakukan pengolahan data lanjutan dengan menggunakan fuzzy AHP untuk menentukan alternatif strategi mitigasi risiko untuk saran perbaikan. Alternatif-alternatif tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga kriteria diantaranya manusia, mesin dan material. Dari ketiga kriteria, kriteria mesin memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan nilai 0.505. Alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dari kriteria manusia adalah melakukan pelatihan terhadap operator dengan nilai 0.418. Alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dari kriteria mesin adalah melakukan perawatan mesin secara rutin dengan nilai 0.395 dan dari kriteria material, alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah melakukan pengontrolan bahan baku frestea dan bahan pengemas dengan nilai 0.549.
English Abstract
One of the leading beverage packaging companies in Indonesia is PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant (CCBI). One of the products produced by PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant is a frestea which is a tea drink. PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant in running its production activities will be faced with potential risks arising from production machinery, labor errors and frestea production materials. Potential production risks that can cause disruption of the production process that can cause harm to the company. This study aims to determine the main risks and risk mitigation strategies of frestea production. The method used in this research is fuzzy FMEA and fuzzy AHP. This study used 3 expert respondents consisting of manager, team leader and operator leader. At PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Bandung Plant contains 13 risks of frestea production. Based on the calculation using FMEA fuzzy, the highest risk is the risk of printing plastic bottle (blow molding) problem with the value of FRPN 7,525 and the lowest risk of delays of raw materials with FRPN 3,702. Based on 13 risks of frestea production, advanced data processing using AHP fuzzy is used to determine alternative risk mitigation strategies for improvement suggestions. These alternatives are divided into three criteria including human, machine and material. Of the three criteria, the criteria of the machine has the highest value with a value of 0,505. The alternative that has the highest value of human criteria is to train the operator with a value of 0.418. The alternative that has the highest value of the criteria of the machine is to perform regular machine maintenance with a value of 0.395 and from the criteria of the material, the alternative that has the highest value is to control the raw material frestea and packaging materials with a value of 0.549.
