Abstract
Kelurahan Cemorokadang pada tahun 2014-2015 memiliki laju pertumbuhan paling tinggi(2,64) dibandingkan dengan kelurahan yang ada di Kedungkandang. Problem yang akan dihadapi akibat meningkatnya pertambahan penduduk yang tinggi adalah pangan, energi, dan papan. Terkait penyediaan papan atau perumahan di Kelurahan Cemorokandang, terdapat 4.802 rumah yang telah dibangun di Kelurahan Cemorokandang dan terdapat 884 rumah tidak berpenghuni dan mayoritas berada di perumahan formal, hanya 8 persen yang berada di perumahan swadaya. Perbedaan jumlah yang signifikan antara rumah kosong perumahan formal dan swadaya di Kelurahan Cemorokandang, diindikasikan terdapat perbedaan terkait kepuasan penghuni di perumahan formal dan perumahan swadaya di Kelurahan Cemorokandang. Kepuasan penghuni memiliki beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi, penelitian ini menggunakan 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan yaitu variabel aksesibilitas, atribut fisik dan kualitas lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas, atribut fisik, dan kualitas lingkungan terhadap variabel kepuasan di perumahan formal dan perumahan swadaya Kelurahan Cemorokandang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komparatif dengan teknik analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis varian yaitu PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di perumahan formal dan swadaya variabel aksesibilitas tidak terbukti, variabel atribut fisik memiliki hipotesis terbukti mempengaruhi kepuasan, variabel kualitas lingkungan memiliki hipotesis terbukti mempengaruhi kepuasan. Sedangkan terdapat perbedaan hasil pengaruh relatif model di perumahan formal (0,511) dan perumahan swadaya (0,588). Indikator pengukur kepuasan pada perumahan formal yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan yaitu kepuasan rumah dan kepuasan lingkungan, dan di perumahan swadaya hanya indikator kepuasan rumah yang valid dan signifikan dalam pengukuran kepuasan.
English Abstract
Cemorokadang Urban Village in 2014-2015 has the highest growth rate (2.64) compared to villages that are in the Kedungkandang. The problem that will be faced due to the increasing population is a high food, energy, and the board. Related provision of board or housing in the Cemorokandang Urban Village, there were 4,802 homes that have been built in the Cemorokandang Urban Village and there are 884 homes uninhabited and the majority are in the formal housing, only 8 percent who are in housing self help. A significant amount of difference between the empty house formal housing and self-help housing in Cemorokandang Urban Village, indicated there is a difference in the residents ' satisfaction of related formal housing and self-help housing in the Cemorokandang Urban Village. The satisfaction of residents have some of the factors that influence, this research uses the 3 factors that influence satisfaction i.e. variable accessibility, physical attributes and the quality of the environment. The purpose of this research is to know the comparative influence of variable accessibility, physical attributes, and environmental quality in housing satisfaction variable toward formal housing and self-help housing in Cemorokandang Urban Village. The analysis in this study uses a comparative approach with structural equation modeling analysis techniques (SEM)- based on the variant, PLS. The results showed that in the formal housing and self-help housing variable accessibility not proven, variable physical attributes have a hypothesis is proven to affect satisfaction, quality of the environment variables have a hypothesis is proven to affect satisfaction. While there is a difference in the relative influence of the model results in a formal (0.511) and self-help housing (0.588). Indicators satisfaction on formal housing has significant influence is satisfaction towards home and satisfaction on the environment, and in self-help housing, just an indicator of satisfaction against homes that have valid values and significant in measurement of satisfaction..
